Business Continuity Training
A business continuity plan (BCP) is a process that outlines the potential impact of disaster situations to business operations. It creates policies that respond to various situations to ensure a business is able to recover quickly after a crisis. The main goal of a BCP is to protect people, property and assets. In a business continuity course, you will gain the skills to identify mission-critical continuity needs, define sources of risk, create an incident response team charter, implement a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS), and improve organizational resilience. Business Continuity Training is designed to protect personnel and assets and make sure they can function quickly when disaster strikes. BCPs should be tested to ensure there are no weaknesses, which can be identified and corrected.
